Rose McGowan

Rose was born in 1975 in Italy. She was raised there in The Children Of God cult (the cult that River Phoenix grew up in) and she says her parents were hippies. Rose did not speak English and was not immersed in any type of American culture until the family moved to the USA when she was 10. This meant she had never even watched a movie and didn't know what they were. However, Rose did not conform to the hippy thing, and left the commune aged 15. She had many low paid jobs before she began to act and once had to live on th streets for a while.

Rose says people find it difficult telling when she is serious because of her dead pan way of telling jokes.

Rose Is dating Marilyn Manson.
